Step 3 Fixed-Price Proposal
Once your plans are complete, you’ll receive a detailed fixed-price proposal and project schedule. After approval, we’ll handle permitting so construction can begin with confidence.
Step 4 Construction
Blaine personally oversees every project, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship, clear communication, and attention to detail throughout the build.
Step 5 Project Handover
When construction is complete, you’ll receive a comprehensive handover package, including warranty information and a 1-year Builder’s Warranty. Our relationship doesn’t end at completion—we’re always just a phone call away.
