Black Bear Construction was recommended by a neighbor who used them to build a beautiful deck. I had a vague idea for a remodel and drew it on a scrap of paper. I called Cory and handed over the scrap of paper. Very quickly I was presented with a solid plan and a reasonable quote. It has been wonderful to see what an intelligent and competent team can do. The crew is cheerful, worked around objects that had no other place to go and were consistently careful and considerate. Early on neighbors came and looked at the unfinished results and immediately hired them for their own projects. It is easy to spot competence. I am very grateful and am so happy with the results. We contacted Black Bear after our last contractor got in some legal trouble and we were hesitant about starting the process over again. But, Cory and his crew have made us believers in a team that is exactly who they say they are and will do everything that they say they will do. We called them and within 2 days Cory was at our house so we could talk to him about what all we wanted to have done with the addition we were adding on as well as some other work to the existing house. They started with roofing the existing house and had it done from start to finish in 3 days. On the first day we had an issue and when I called Cory about it he sent someone right over to check it out and within 15 minutes not only was the foreman that Cory called there but Cory and the other owner of the company as well to make sure the problem was taken care of. Would HIGHLY recommend Black Bear Construction to anyone looking to get work done on your home.

Cody, Dave and the team were great! Prompt, professional. They stuck to their estimate, added many of those little extras that pop up whenever renovating without issues, left their work sites immaculate and did quality work.
